I go to bed at 3AM. I wake up at 11AM. I tell myself "tonight I'll sleep at midnight" and then it's 2:47AM and I'm watching a YouTube video about how they make golf balls.
I need:
- Blackout curtains ($80) - because the sun is my enemy
- Melatonin ($15) - because my brain forgot how to make it
- A book ($20) - something boring enough to make me sleepy
- Willpower ($∞) - not available on Amazon
The remaining money will go toward a "no screens after 10PM" jar, where I fine myself every time I pick up my phone in bed.
